INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE
Today being 21st September, marks "International Day of Peace", dedicated to world peace, and specifically the absence of war and violence, such as might be occasioned by a temporary ceasefire in acombat zone for humanitarian aid access. "The International Day of Peace, sometimes unofficially known as World Peace Day, is observed annually on 21 September. It was brought into being by United Nations Resolutions in 1981 and 2001.The day was first celebrated in 1982, and is kept by many nations, political groups, military groups, and peoples!! Lets join hands in promoting ideals of peace both within and among nations and people....Peace is not just about the absence of war. Its about transforming our societies and uniting our global community to work together for more peaceful, just and sustainable world. Lets be part of it....
